TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be 18+ to commission me.

How to commission me:



  1. Send your request to my email commission.phall@gmail.com, or though my contact form (please include your paypal email for later invoicing)

  2. I either decline, or accept and quote a price

  3. If you want to go through with the commission, agree on the price and if needed request preview sketches, if necessary, approve or decline the sketch. If declining, please give specific reasons.

  4. Wait for me to send you an invoice via paypal. This invoice will contain my terms of service.

  5. Pay me in full within 24h unless otherwise arranged.

  6. I will add you to the queue.
    • I start working, I’ll share progress shots with you as I go.
    • If you have concerns with any WIP then please let me know ASAP. Please also be available for questions via your preferred contact method (or let me know if you won’t be).
  7. You approve the finished artwork.

  8. I’ll send you a fullsize and reduced size .png file with my signature. I might post the small version to any of my online galleries.

General


  1. I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  2. I retain the right to artistic expression and the limits of personal style when depicting characters and their designs.

  3. I do not accept commissions for characters not owned by the commissioner, unless explicit approval is stated by the original owner of the character.

  4. Characters without visual reference might incur extra charges.

  5. Character complexity will affect the price and charges will be applied accordingly. The commissioner will be notified of any such charges prior to any payment arrangements.

  6. My commissions are not limited to what I currently offer. You are free to ask about a commission that isn’t shown, as I am open to a variety of things and always eager to try something new. (Asking about a commission in no way obligates you to go through with it.)

  7. Refunds are based on the amount of work that has yet to be completed - Example: If the commissioned work is an illustration and the sketch has been approved, the sketch can not be refunded but the equivalent amount for the rest of the process can be.
